3Si has been acquired by CRM technology provider Eudonet

3Si has been acquired by CRM technology provider Eudonet which has operations in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Canada and recently expanded into the UK.

 The Staffordshire company was established in 2006 by Chris and Pete Sinclair and targets the not-for-profit sector.

 3Si is to be renamed Eudonet UK and the company is to work with its new group to develop the next generation of its OM.Net product.

Chris Sinclair, director of 3Si, now director of Eudonet UK, said: “This acquisition is exciting and excellent news for 3Si.

“Following advances in technology, we’ve been searching for a partner to help us provide a sustainable solution for our clients.”
